Meet Your hosts
Megan ELaine
It’s my mission to empower others to open themselves to this profound human consciousness experience. I love helping others discover how magical things unfold when you connect your mind, body, and breath to the universe. Currently, I travel full-time in my camper with my dog Roscoe as a Tattoo Artist. I also created the Growth Spiral app to help others embody the version of themselves that actually goes for their dreams through meditation, breathwork and yoga.

I’m a holistic coach specializing in women's hormone and menstrual health, with a deep passion for creating nourishing meals that support both physical well-being and meaningful connection.
I believe meals are meant to be shared in community. Inviting presence, joy, and mindfulness that nourish far beyond the plate.
I discovered my love for both cooking, and holistic health the first time I went to Peru in 2022 for a meditation retreat in the Sacred Valley. From that point on, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, which led me to spread as much wisdom and passion for food and longevity around the world as I can.
